MLR’s support and maintenance agreements include the provision of new for old hardware replacement, software and firmware updates, logistical support and spares holding to ensure the highest levels of network performance and availability.

MLR are also able to offer managed network monitoring services that will ensure maximum availability of the network. MLR can pro-actively monitor network devices 24 hours a day and ensure that any hardware malfunction is escalated to our support engineers who can react immediately and minimise any downtime.
