Wired & wireless infrastructure

We design and implement high-performance LAN/WLAN networks for industrial needs. This includes fibre backbones, PoE+ switching for power to cameras and access points, and Wi-Fi 6/6E coverage for dense device environments. We implement RF channel optimization and fast roaming so that moving equipment (AMRs, AGVs etc) never lose connection. Our networks are built with redundancy – dual uplinks and redundant controllers.

Throughout the design process we work with building architects and designers to develop a network infrastructure solution best suited to the site requirements. Before producing the final network design, we will consider the range of systems that connect to the network and ensure we avoid clash with other services. Our design protocol incorporates the specific requirements of automation systems and all internet connected systems such as CCTV, access control and Building Management Systems to produce one, cohesive network design.
